I have just joined the long line of your customers who are waiting for a new filter for their stick vacuum. Looks like this is going to take a while. Not pleased with this service. It is a great little stick vacuum but will not be buying another if the service does not improve. I certainly will not recommend Greenworks to anyone.

While waiting for a new filter, one helpful step is to gently clean the existing washable HEPA filter by tapping out excess debris and rinsing it with water, then allowing it to fully dry for at least 24 hours before reinstalling—this can help maintain airflow and suction in the interim. It is also a good idea to check that the filter is properly seated and that there are no blockages in the dustbin or air pathway, as restricted airflow can impact performance even with a clean filter.

I wrote a one star review in regards to the filters for the stick vacuum being out of stock for several months. I am in need of one and was not happy. I was contacted within the same day from customer service pro providing me some options, and letting me know that they will advise me when they are in stock. I was very pleased with their immediate response.
When will these filters be in stock? Otherwise I will have to return the product to Costco.

• Remove it from the canister.
• Rinse thoroughly with water (do not use soap or detergents).
• Allow the filter to dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling.
